Why Support East Tisted Village Hall?

East Tisted Village Hall receives no external funding and is dependant on income from hall hire, events, donations and other fundraising.

East Tisted Village Hall is run as a Charity by a team of committed volunteers – the Village Hall Management Committee.

The Village Hall Management Committee is an active and friendly team of volunteers with a range of skills but would always welcome extra help. It doesn’t have to be a big commitment – perhaps you would like to run a one-off event or could lend your professional or trade skills or maybe you are happy to bake a cake and serve cups of tea. Every little helps!

Every year bookings are made through the Village Hall for birthday parties, social events, club meetings, coffee mornings, fundraising events, etc. for the local community as well as further afield. There are also regular groups such as yoga sessions – all of which the public are welcome to join.

Each of these fantastic events brings something valuable to the local community. As a volunteer run village hall we are committed to keeping this excellent facility well maintained and up to date for the enjoyment of everyone in the local area.

Even the valuable income received from bookings is insufficient to cover the annual running costs of the Village Hall. To supplement income for the village hall, please refer to the links/sub-menus for some of the ways in which you can easily help.
