Relax with an evening of painting, conversation, and a glass of something you enjoy 🎨🍷
Join neighbours and friends at East Tisted Village Hall as we turn the hall into a friendly art studio and paint an adorable Emu.
The evening will be hosted by The Paint Club.
No experience needed. The Village Hall will be set up with tabletop easels for you to sit in front of. You will have a set of paintbrushes, a cup of water, a small palette of paint and your canvas. The evening is led by one of The Paint Clubs’ brilliant artists. Once everyone is ready, the painting commences!
Your artist will start guiding you through the set painting for the event. Everyone paints the same picture and over the 2 hours, their artist will provide easy-to-follow instructions and encourage you to add your artistic elements. After the first 5 minutes of painting, they find that any nerves or concerns melt away with each brushstroke.
By the end of the session, you should have a painting you are proud of. It’s worth wandering around the room to see how everyone else has interpreted the evening’s theme.
Most of their customers haven’t painted since they were children. All of their paintings are designed for fun and adaptability. They want you to have a good time, get creative and relax.
This isn’t your usual ‘art class’. It is a fun, feel good event. This is an experience, not an art lesson.
The Paint Club uses acrylic paint, which once dried is hard to remove. Aprons are provided to protect your clothing, however it is suggested that you don’t wear your favourite clothes just in case a sleeve gets dipped in paint, or a few splatters get onto your clothing.
Your ticket helps keep our village hall active and welcoming, supporting a space where local groups, classes, and community events can thrive.
The Bar will be open for the purchase of additional drinks serving a selection of soft drinks, beers, wines, spirits and 0% drinks. We accept cash or card.
Monies raised are towards the running costs of the Village Hall.
Over 14s only as the event is sold as an adults painting class. All under 18s MUST be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children will not be permitted to paint without an adult, who holds a valid ticket, accompanying them.

The full price is £34.00. We will forward details on how to pay the balance due, of £29.00, in May 2026. The balance is due no later than 6 June 2026.
If there is sufficient interest we will open up a Waiting List once all 25 tickets are reserved. Should we not receive the balance due by 6 June 2026 from any reserved ticket holder we will approach those on the Waiting List in strict order of receipt. Full payment of £34.00 will be required at that time.
Please be aware that all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non refundable.
No refunds. No exchanges. If the event is cancelled by the Event Organiser (i.e. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Event Organiser’s control), East Tisted Village Hall will refund the purchase price of your tickets. If the event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, tickets already purchased may remain valid should you wish to attend the revised Event. If not, East Tisted Village Hall will refund the purchase price of your tickets.
